After going home after the first camp my oldest daughter asked me, "mommy, why are you so happy?" I just told her because I love and miss her. The real answer was because mommy had some real reflection time for herself...but try telling a 3 year old that answer! I loved learning about nutrition...it makes me appreciate myself so much more. The eco-adventures, horseback riding and seaplane adventure, were phenomenal...the food was wonderful, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I got to test my limits and try new things!
