- Flip- flops (sandals) for eco-shower
- Bathing suit

- DO NOT BRING ANY ILLEGAL DRUGS
- NO PETS
- NO COFFE, NO POP, NO JUICE (HERBAL TEAS and Natural Spring Water will be provided)
- NO JUNKFOOD
BEFORE YOU LEAVE YOUR HOME FOR CAMP :
START A ‘FOOD JOURNAL’ ONE WEEK PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL AT CAMP. RECORD ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGES CONSUMED. INCLUDE ANYTHING YOU NOTICE ABOUT YOURSELF.
- Throw out all of your junk food
- Clean out your fridge
- Buy a few different kinds of frozen fruits and put in your freezer e.g. blueberries, strawberries etc.
- Make sure you have a weigh scale
- Make sure you buy good snacks for your return from camp: almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds
- If you do NOT drink your tap water, buy water to have ready for your return. Purified or Natural Spring Water are the better alternatives.
- Inform family and friends before leaving of your decision to live a healthier lifestyle. Let them know you are on a 9 or 30 day health, wellness and energy program and that you would appreciate if they didn’t bring junk food, alcohol, etc. to your household.
ON YOUR WAY HOME FROM CAMP (OR GET A FAMILY MEMBER TO PURCHASE FOR YOU):
- Purchase fresh fruit and veggies (organic where possible)
Please remember Island Spirits is OFF THE GRID. So come prepared with camera and cell phones/blackberry’s fully charged.
