- Check out time is 10 am and check in time is 2 pm or thereafter, the captain of the ferry decides on all passage times according to the weather conditions etc
- All prices quoted in Canadian Dollars + Taxes
- Deposit is 50% upon booking. Balance due upon arrival. Visa, Mastercard or Debit. Make deposit checks payable to Island Life Holdings Inc.
- Holiday weekends minimum 3 day payable, all prime season weekends are 3 day payable
- Cancellation policy 50% refundable upon a 30 day emailed notice prior to reservation date or transfer to an available date within the calendar year, subject to $50 administration fee , DATE CHANGES:$25. ADMIN FEE or cancellations within 24 hours of bookings $25.00 admin fee.
- Child - includes 12 and under
- Pets must be on a leash 24/7, pet owner to clean up pet poop, must have prior owner approval to bring any pet, any damages incurred will be the responsibility of the pet owner; pet prices are quoted on rate schedules.
- LIMO SERVICE: $45.00/booking/cabin/loft/island cottage each way(includes mainland secure vehicle parking, fast FERRY, and atv mule delivery to cabin etc) There is a garbage ferry transfer fee of $1.00 per person/stay/week and minimum of $5.00.
- EXTRA pickup and EXTRA return ferry rides (no passenger limit) $45 (ONE WAY) according to ferry availability.
- Eco tours booked upon availability and weather conditions.
- Aromatherapy massages (one hour) are only $75.00 on mainland, and $100.00 on island, please book in advance!
- Special Butternut cured firewood available for wood-fired Bread oven $12.
- Please note: Island Spirits is off the grid.
- Prices are subject to change at any time. No refunds for late arrivals or inclement weather.
- In case of sickness or accident, clients and guests are responsible for medical and air / land ambulances . Individuals with medical conditions must realize the limitations of medical support of being on an island.
- please support the efforts we have made to bring special natural spring water(bottled water), BLOCK and CUBE ice from the renown Mill Valley Ice, to our ferry dock for your convenience
- Camping:must bring water shoes for swimming, newspaper to start your campfires, matches, flashlights or lanterns, coleman cookstove with spare gas, life jackets, fishing rods and worms and bait,toilet paper,oven mitts,coolers,recycling and garbage bags,swede saw for campfire wood , first aid kit, and simple meal plans!
